We will send you a reminder one day before departure, including meeting information and a group chat link where you can contact your guide directly. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder. 2️⃣ Can I change or cancel my tour date? Changes and cancellations are subject to the policy applicable to your booking. Please refer to the cancellation policy on your booking page. 3️⃣ Will the tour be cancelled if it rains? The tour normally operates as scheduled in rainy weather. If severe weather, government safety warnings, or other circumstances beyond our control prevent the tour from operating safely, we will notify you separately. 4️⃣ Can the itinerary or schedule change on the day of the tour? Yes. The order of attractions, visiting times, and transportation schedule may be adjusted depending on traffic, weather, attraction operating conditions, or other circumstances on the day. 5️⃣ Can I bring a suitcase on the tour? As the vehicle type is assigned based on the number of guests on the day, we are unable to guarantee storage space for personal luggage. We recommend leaving large luggage at your hotel or accommodation. 6️⃣ Are ski gloves, ski socks, and warmer provided? For hygiene reasons, ski gloves, ski socks, and face coverings are not provided. We recommend bringing your own ski-specific items for comfort and hygiene. Alternatively, these items can be purchased on-site.

As such, participants without ski suits are not allowed to enter the skiing area and are advised to stay in the catering area Ski equipment needs to be reserved in advance.
