This 2-hour pasta class takes place in Naples, Italy, with a local chef who teaches participants how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch using Grandma’s traditional recipe. The class covers making two types of pasta: fettuccine and ravioli. Participants also prepare two classic sauces: a creamy Alfredo and a San Marzano tomato sauce with basil. The session begins with a tasting of Limoncello as an appetizer. During the class, everyone wears a chef's hat and apron. After preparing the pasta and sauces, participants cook and taste the dishes they made. Carbonated beverages are included. At the end of the class, each participant receives a diploma and printed recipes to take home. Free luggage storage is provided. Pickup and drop-off services are not included. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
