Participants sample a variety of Louisiana dishes such as seafood gumbo, po-boys, muffulettas, and pralines. Vegetarian choices are available, but there are no gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan options. The guide shares historical information about each dish and, when possible, guests hear from chefs about their cooking influences.
