Overview

The Niagara Falls Canada Open-Top Wet Jet Boat Tour is a 45-minute ride on an open-air jet boat along the Niagara River, departing and returning on the Canadian side. Before boarding, passengers attend a mandatory safety briefing and orientation held 45 minutes prior to departure. During the ride, the boat navigates the Class V Devil's Hole Rapids, where strong white water ensures riders get thoroughly wet. After the rapids, the boat travels upriver to the farthest point of the tour, offering views of the Niagara Whirlpool. The tour does not include views of Niagara Falls itself, as the Whirlpool and the Falls are separated by dangerous Class VI rapids that are not navigable. Safety equipment is provided to all passengers, and a guide offers live commentary throughout the trip. Souvenir photographs and waterproof footwear are available for purchase but are not included in the tour price. Participants must arrange their own transportation to the dock. There are height and age restrictions for seating, with a minimum height of 44 inches required for wet seats. Children under 13 and/or under 100 pounds are not permitted in the front rows, and guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone to ride in the first 3-4 rows. Seating assignments are at the captain's discretion. Wheelchair accessibility is available for those who can sit and hold on securely without assistance and who bring a personal carer. Guests should arrive on time for registration and safety orientation, as missing it may result in rescheduling without notice.

**Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour** It's a promise: you will get soaked during this wet and wild trip to the famous white waters of the Niagara Whirlpool. Don't forget to bring along a change of clothes for after the ride, as this tour is certain to make a splash! We have disposable ponchos available, but they aren't guaranteed to keep you 100% dry. The jet boat tours are fully guided and your river guide will provide an entertaining commentary throughout your ride. The trip lasts approximately 45 minutes (from departure from the dock to return back to the dock) and may just be the most exciting tour of Niagara you will find!
