All participants and observers must sign this liability waiver form before participation This activity is open to participants aged 6 and up. Non-participants or spectators are welcome to watch the activity free of charge. During checkout, children and infants must be booked together with an adult. All participants will be weighed in, and fully clothed, during the check-in process before each activity. Unable to meet the requirement will not be permitted to zip and won't be offered a refund or rescheduled. All activity participants are required to hike short distances, ascend and descend stairs, and need to be of average mobility. Participants with long hair must secure hair back with a hair tie or similar accessory. Securable, close-toed shoes are required. Athletic shoes are recommended. Participants with dangling earrings must remove them prior the zipline activity. Refunds will not be issued for guests who choose to discontinue or opt out of the zipline session once it has begun. Self-Drive Option: Shuttle service is not available for this option. Please plan to drive or arrange your own transportation. The drive from Waikiki ranges from 45 - 90 minutes. Please check traffic conditions well in advance to ensure you are on time for your adventure. No refunds will be provided to late participants or missed sessions.
