This tour does not have a tour guide. A Japanese driver will be waiting at the meeting point with an "EasyGo" sign. Please identify the sign. The minimum number of participants for a group tour is 4 people. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour will be canceled, and you will be notified in advance via email. Please be sure to check your inbox (including spam/junk mail). This is a group tour, and the entire journey will be serviced by a Japanese-speaking driver. There will be no accompanying tour guide. If the number of participants is less than 10, a 5-seater taxi or a 10-seater Hiace van will be arranged depending on the number of people. Thank you for your understanding. In the event of any emergency on the day of the tour (such as late arrivals or failure to board the bus at the designated time), customer service staff will contact passengers using the phone number provided during booking. Please ensure that the phone is reachable. If the tour is affected due to inability to reach the passenger by phone, it will be regarded as an automatic forfeiture, and no refund will be given. Infants aged 0-2 can participate for free (without occupying a seat). Each adult can bring a maximum of 1 free infant; a child fee will be charged for the second infant and onwards.
