Overview

Enjoy a private guided snorkeling experience to the Blue Cave, one of Okinawa’s most popular snorkeling spots. Boat access helps increase the chance of visiting the cave while reducing walking distance and making the tour easier to join. Check in at the operator’s own shop for a safe and convenient start, then receive a safety and equipment briefing. After a short boat ride, practice slowly on the surface before enjoying tropical fish and the beautiful blue water of the Blue Cave. Beginner-friendly and recommended for families with children or guests who are not confident swimmers. The latest GoPro shooting is included, with photos and about 60 seconds of video. Groups of 4 or more can use free Insta360 X5 rental, subject to availability.

PhotographyThe course includes mainly photo shooting with a GoPro and approximately 60 seconds of video footage. Insta360 rentals are available for an additional fee and require prior app installation.Because video files are large, guests should ensure their smartphones have sufficient storage. SD cards are available for purchase if needed.
For groups of 4 or more, free Insta360 X4 or X5 rental is available, subject to availability. To request Insta360 X4 or X5 rental, please reply to the operator’s confirmation email after booking with “ Insta360 X4 or X5 rental request.” If we do not receive your rental request by 4:00 PM on the day before the tour, the rental will not be available.

Participants must be aged 2 to 54 to participate in this activity. Participants under 18 years old must have parental consent. This activity is beginner-friendly and no snorkeling experience is required. Participants must be aged under 54 to take part in this activity

Booking limitations Guests who have consumed alcohol or are hungover cannot participate. Please refrain from drinking too much alcohol on the day before the tour. For safety reasons, guests with medical conditions may not be able to participate. Guests with high blood pressure, heart disease, respiratory disease, asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy or possible pregnancy, or any condition that may worsen during the activity cannot participate or may be refused participation on the day. If you have any medical concerns, please inform the operator after booking. Depending on your condition, a medical certificate may be required. For safety reasons, guests aged 45 or older, or guests with a BMI of 30 or higher, must have their blood pressure checked and provide a medical certificate from a doctor. Please note that participation will be denied without a valid medical certificate. If the systolic blood pressure is 160 mmHg or higher, participation will be refused for safety reasons and it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, subject to the standard cancellation policy. Guidance and safety instructions are primarily provided in Japanese. Guests who cannot understand safety instructions in Japanese must inform the operator of their native language or preferred language at least 8 days before the tour date. The operator will try to arrange a staff member who can properly communicate in that language. However, staff who can communicate safely with the guest cannot be guaranteed. If staff who can communicate safely with the guest cannot be arranged and the guest informed the operator at least 8 days before the tour date, the guest may cancel free of charge. If the guest still wishes to participate without full staff who can communicate safely with the guest, the tour may be conducted with limited communication using simple English words, gestures, and visual safety materials. In this case, pre-tour snorkeling safety materials will be sent by email. Guests must read the materials in advance and reply by email to confirm that they have reviewed and understood them. The on-site safety briefing on the day of the tour will be based on these materials. For safety reasons, if the guest has not reviewed the materials, does not reply to the confirmation email, or cannot understand the essential safety instructions on the day, participation may be refused. In this case, the booking may be treated as a same-day cancellation, subject to a 100% cancellation fee. For bookings made 8 days before the tour date, the operator will still try to arrange staff who can communicate safely with the guest, but availability is not guaranteed. If safety confirmation cannot be completed by email by the day before the tour, the booking may be treated as a no-show cancellation, subject to a 100% cancellation fee. If we do not receive your reply by the day before the tour, participation may be refused for safety reasons and the standard cancellation policy will apply. The boat may be shared with other guests, but a private guide supports your group during the tour. If the Blue Cave is unsafe due to sea conditions, the tour may be held at a nearby safe alternative snorkeling point. In this case, the change of activity point does not qualify for a refund or price reduction.
