If sea conditions such as high waves prevent swimming in the Blue Cave, the tour will instead take place at a nearby beach. The tour includes rental of snorkeling equipment, insurance, and a free fish feeding experience, allowing participants to attract local marine life close to them. An experienced guide who speaks English, Chinese, and Japanese leads the tour and assists participants, including those with limited swimming confidence. The guide will take about 20 underwater photos during the snorkeling session, which are provided free of charge. There is an optional video recording service available for an additional fee. The tour is led by a veteran instructor with over 20 years of diving experience. The tour operates regardless of rain, but strong waves or wind may cause changes to the snorkeling location or cancellation.
