Participation is limited to those 130 cm or taller. For the noon session, entry is allowed from 12:00–15:00, and for the afternoon session, entry is allowed from 16:00–19:00. Arrangements will be made in order of arrival, so there may be a wait. Passengers on cruises should be sure to allow sufficient time. Please return the items by 21:00 Japan time on the same day. Late returns will be considered as returns on the following day and will incur an additional charge of ¥3,300 per person, and personal belongings cannot be retrieved on the rental day. To avoid crowding in the store, accompanying persons who are not participating in the experience will not be allowed in the store. Thank you for your understanding. We recommend wearing a tight-fitting inner layer that is easy to change into; in summer, you can choose fitted shorts and short sleeves. In autumn and winter, it is recommended to wear warm inner layers such as thermal underwear, fitted tops, and fitted capri pants. The store provides free tabi socks in sizes 20–26 cm. Please bring your own socks for sizes 27 cm and above, or you can purchase them in the store for a fee (¥1,650).

The participation requirement is a height of 130cm or greater. For the midday session, you can enter the store from 12:00–15:00, and for the afternoon session, you can enter from 16:00–19:00. Customers will be served in order of arrival, so there may be a slight wait. Cruise passengers must allow sufficient time. Please return the item by 9:00 PM Japan time on the same day. If you return it late, it will be considered a return for the next day, and you will be charged an additional fee of 3,300 Japanese yen per person. Additionally, you will not be able to retrieve your personal belongings on the day of rental. Returning it will take about 10–15 minutes. The store is more crowded in the evening, so it is recommended to allow plenty of time for the return process. Upon return, if the rented item has irreparable stains (such as paint) or damage (such as cigarette burns, tears in non-sewn areas, holes, etc.), a compensation fee of ¥5,000 will be charged, and payment should be made on the spot. It takes approximately 15–30 minutes for dressing, check-in, selecting a kimono and accessories, and organizing personal belongings.
