The tour begins in Minami (Namba) where participants spend about 45 minutes tasting various local dishes at a well-known South Osakan eatery. Next, the group visits Hozenji Temple for around 10 minutes to learn about its historical and cultural significance within Osaka’s busy nightlife district. After that, the tour moves on to the urban canal area, where you can photograph the famous Glico man sign and experience the crowds moving toward Shinsaibashi. At Shinsaibashi, there is a brief stop to take photos of one of Osaka’s most recognized landmarks while the guide explains its background. The walk concludes by exploring the backstreet bars and restaurants in the Dotombori district, a distinctive neighborhood in South Osaka.
