Join a winter-only sake experience at Yamano Sake Brewery, home of the Katanosakura brand in Osaka Prefecture. Available from January to March, during peak brewing season, this experience offers a closer look at active brewing. Begin with a beginner-friendly lecture in the brewery’s seminar room. Learn the basics of sake brewing, including rice polishing, koji making, fermentation, and seasonal influences. Next, visit the production area with a guide.
