The day begins with either a pickup from Berat or meeting at the Flow Albania base camp, depending on the chosen option. Participants first swim beneath Bogovë Waterfall, using provided safety gear including helmets, life jackets, water shoes, and neoprene suits when in season. After the waterfall swim, the group moves into Osumi Canyon for a guided hike combined with floating and swimming through the canyon's interior. There is an option to jump from cliffs along the way. The entire experience lasts about eight and a half hours and includes lunch with a vegetarian choice.
