Please gather at the designated meeting point; do not go directly to the ski resort on your own. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time, so please be sure to adhere to the boarding time. The company will not be responsible for guests who arrive after the bus has departed. Please take note. Sometimes buses may be delayed due to traffic jams or bad weather. Skiing is an exhilarating sport. The coach is responsible for teaching skiing knowledge and techniques, but not for personal safety. They also cannot attend to all guests in the group, so please participate within your own capabilities. Depending on the ski resort's operating conditions, we may cancel the trip or change the ski resort. In the event that we cancel the trip, a full refund will be issued. Please take good care of your personal belongings and valuables at the ski resort. The company will not be responsible for any loss or damage. Please remember: safety first. It is not recommended for patients, pregnant women, or the elderly to participate. Before boarding the cable car, the coach will provide safety advice based on your skill level. In principle, every guest can ride the cable car, but please be sure to follow the coach's safety advice. The final right of interpretation belongs to our company. If the number of participants is small, guests will be picked up by a sea lion or a minivan, and the driver will guide the tour. Sometimes this itinerary may need to be canceled due to natural disasters or abnormal weather conditions. In such cases, please inquire to confirm the status of departures. This itinerary does not include insurance. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or accidental injury insurance before your departure.
