Overview
This overnight desert safari in Abu Dhabi lasts about 17 hours and includes hotel pickup and drop-off. The day begins with a dune bashing adventure in a 4x4 Land Cruiser across the desert sands. The tour continues with a visit to a camel farm where guests can meet camels and take photos. There is a stop at a dune viewpoint to watch the sunset. At the desert camp, guests receive refreshments and can take part in camel riding, sandboarding, and henna painting. Traditional Arabic clothing is available to try on. The evening features a BBQ buffet dinner served outdoors, followed by live entertainment including belly dancing (except during Ramadan), Tanoura, and fire dance shows. Shisha smoking is also available. Guests spend the night in Bedouin-style tents equipped with beds, pillows, and blankets. The next morning begins with coffee and a light Arabian breakfast at the camp. After breakfast, there is more dune bashing on the return trip to Abu Dhabi. Quad biking is not included but can be booked separately at the camp for an additional fee.
