If the minimum is not reached, the tour will be canceled, and notification will be sent via email or message 2 days prior to departure. Children under 6 years old must participate in the experience with a guardian, and no separate experience kit is provided. Only routes 1&2 include lunch, and routes 36 do not include lunch. Please be sure to indicate the items you would like to experience on routes 1 & 2 when making your reservation. Please understand that if you do not indicate this, the experience items may be carried out arbitrarily due to the depletion of ingredients on the day. The driver will contact you the day before departure and will contact you via Whatsapp/Wechat, etc. In order to fairly protect the rights of all passengers, we will depart on time and will not individually contact or wait for customers before departure on the day. If you are late due to personal reasons, we will not wait for you and will not refund your tour fee.
