Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by a parent (guardian must be 20 years or older) to enter the facility. Please do not let your child out of your sight (Article 51, Chapter 4, Protection Measures of the Children's Welfare Act). For safety reasons, it is recommended that children entering the facility be accompanied by an adult aged 20 or older, who will bear full responsibility for their care. This facility does not provide childcare services. Please follow the instructions of on-site staff and facility entry precautions to avoid accidents. For safety reasons, if a child's pants are too short or they are wearing a skirt, posing a safety concern, staff have the right to prohibit the child from using the slide. No eating or drinking is allowed inside the facility. Parents and children should jointly maintain the facility's environment. If a child soils the facility due to urination, defecation, or vomiting, a cleaning fee of TWD 500 will be charged. Before entering the facility, please remove any sharp objects or fragile items (such as glasses, hair clips, pins) from children to prevent injury, and ensure their nails are trimmed. To maintain safety and hygiene in the park, both adults and children must wear socks (available for purchase on-site). Please take good care of your personal belongings. The company will not be responsible for safekeeping or compensation if items are lost or stolen. If you have a fever (forehead temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius), infectious disease, or special medical conditions such as heart disease or epilepsy, please do not enter the facility. This facility only provides the venue. Please observe the rules of the facility, respect each other, and share resources. By car: B3 Parking Garage: Hourly rate of TWD 30/hour (no daily maximum). A purchase of TWD 1,000 or more within the park on the same day can be used to redeem 1 hour of parking, with a maximum redemption of 3 hours per day. During special periods (exhibition periods at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center), parking fees are subject to on-site announcements and have no maximum fee. By metro: Take the MRT 【Bannan Line】 to 【Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Station】, or take the MRT 【Wenhu Line】 to 【Nangang Software Park Station】. Motorcycle: B1 motorcycle parking, flat rate NT$20 per entry (recalculated for跨日). Spend NT$500 or more in the park on the same day to redeem one free parking.
