Overview

This running tour in Paris lasts between one and two hours and covers many of the city's main monuments at sunrise. The route starts and ends near Odeon / Saint-Michel, which is the meeting point and finish line for the longer 10 km (6.2 miles) option. Participants run or pause at landmarks including Notre-Dame Cathedral, Palais de Justice, Sainte-Chapelle, Conciergerie, Pont Neuf, Pont des Arts, the Louvre Museum, Jardin des Tuileries, Place de la Concorde, Musée de l’Armée des Invalides, Grand Palais, Petit Palais, Champs-Élysées, Pont de l'Alma, Le Trocadéro, Eiffel Tower, Musée d'Orsay, and along the Seine. Stops include storytelling sessions lasting from about 2 to 10 minutes and short running stretches around open areas. The operator provides bottled water, snacks, and, if available, a waterproof jacket and smartphone camera. Participants must wear appropriate running clothes and shoes and carry only what they can manage while running, as no storage is available. Transportation to and from the meeting point is not included. Monuments and museums along the route remain closed during the run, so entry is not provided, and no additional meals or drinks beyond those supplied are included.
