by Pippies K'gari (Fraser Island) Adventures
This 3 day and 2 night tour on K’gari (Fraser Island) starts from Rainbow Beach and includes guided 4×4 beach driving and camping with Pippies. Participants can choose to drive a tag-along 4×4 vehicle under the supervision of an experienced guide. The tour visits freshwater lakes and ancient rainforests, including a swim at Lake McKenzie, known for its clear blue water and very pure white sand. Guests bathe in the natural rock pools at the Champagne Pools. Along 75 Mile Beach, the group views the Maheno shipwreck near the coloured sand cliffs. The tour includes floating down Eli Creek on inflatable tubes. Wild dingoes are observed in their natural environment. Camping equipment includes a sleeping bag and pillow, and free hot showers are available. Meals provided each day include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
