They learn to prepare Pastel de Nata, the traditional Portuguese custard tart, from start to finish. During the 2.5-hour session, attendees take turns practicing each step under the guidance of experienced hosts who also provide entertainment. Local wine is served throughout the class, along with tea and coffee. There are two possible locations for the workshop: one near São Bento Train Station and Ribeira, and another close to Jardim do Morro and the Port Wine Cellars. If one location is fully booked, availability at the other can be checked. The workshop is designed for participants only; companions are not allowed.
