This traditional Czech cooking class takes place in Prague and lasts about four and a half hours. It is held in the Good Food Atelier, a kitchen located inside a 200-year-old building. The kitchen is simply equipped, similar to a typical home kitchen, without complex gadgets. The class is led by either Aida or Bret from Good Mood Food. Participants cook together using authentic recipes originally passed down from Grandma, preparing a full Czech menu that includes a soup or appetizer, a main course with a side dish, and a dessert. During the class, guests also taste homemade pickled vegetables and marmalades. Water, tea, coffee, and wine are provided throughout the session. The experience is informal and interactive, with the instructor sharing stories about Czech food traditions and cooking rituals while focusing on authentic techniques.
