A platform confirmation secures your reservation, but your exact boarding time is finalized by our on-site yacht operator. In rare cases, you may receive a separate email about a schedule change. Please check your email for this confirmation before arriving at the venue. Without it, boarding on the original time slot may not always be possible, and we're unable to take responsibility for missed boarding in that case. Arrival Time Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Please bring your passport or valid ID. Life Jackets Life jackets must be worn while on board in accordance with safety regulations. Late Arrival / No-Show Please arrive on time. Late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Day-of-Tour Instructions Our staff may contact you on the day of your tour by phone, text message, or other means with additional boarding instructions.
