This private surf lesson on Oahu lasts about one hour and is designed for individual instruction. The lesson includes a surfboard, leash, rash guard, and water shoes provided for use. After the session, participants receive a package of photos and videos via email to review their progress. The instructor holds a DLNR Surf Instructor Permit and is certified in CPR, first aid, and lifeguarding, with safety as a top priority. All fees and taxes are included, while tips are not. There are no fixed stops during the lesson as it takes place on the beach and in the water. An option is available to do a Dog Surf Lesson, which is intended for pets and not service animals unless the service animal is comfortable and enjoys the ocean.
