Overview

This private, guided tour lasts about four hours and covers key landmarks in New York City. It starts with a visit to Battery Park and Castle Clinton National Monument, where the guide explains their historical significance. Then the group boards a ferry included in the price for a trip to Liberty Island. On Liberty Island, guests spend about two hours viewing the Statue of Liberty, learning about its history as a gift symbolizing hope and freedom. Afterward, a short ferry ride takes the group to Ellis Island, where a guided tour of the grounds covers its role as the main immigration processing center from 1892 to 1924. The tour includes entry fees and round-trip ferry tickets but does not include access to the statue’s pedestal or crown. Gratuities are not included.
