Overview

This private sunrise trip from Delhi begins early in the morning with pickup from any hotel or airport in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, or Faridabad. Travel to Agra is by air-conditioned car or train, depending on the chosen option. The first stop is the Taj Mahal, where visitors spend about two hours exploring the iconic marble mausoleum built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan between 1632 and 1653. The visit takes place at sunrise, allowing guests to see the monument in the early morning light. After the Taj Mahal, the tour continues to Agra Fort, a large walled complex that served as the main residence of Mughal emperors until 1638. Guests spend around one hour touring the fort's grounds with a guide. Entrance and camera fees for both the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort are included if the tickets option is selected. There is no time limit inside either monument, so guests may stay as long as they wish. Lunch is provided at a well-regarded restaurant in Agra if that option is chosen. Throughout the 11 to 12-hour day, the private vehicle is air-conditioned and stocked with complimentary bottled water. The tour concludes with drop-off at the original Delhi location. All parking fees, tolls, fuel, and taxes are included. A formal dress code is required, and a valid passport must be carried on the day of travel. On Fridays, when the Taj Mahal is closed for entry, the tour visits Mehtab Bagh for a riverside view of the Taj Mahal instead.
