Weekday cancellation policy: For cancellations made 7 days or more before 00:00 on the start date of the trip, there will be no loss. For cancellations made between 7 days 00:00 and 3 days 00:00 before the start date of the trip, a 20% loss will be incurred. For cancellations made between 3 days 00:00 before the start date of the trip and 00:00 on the start date of the trip, a 30% loss will be incurred. For cancellations made after the start date of the trip, a 60% loss will be incurred. During summer vacation, winter vacation, and Golden Week (National Day, May Day, Spring Festival), hotel bookings are non-cancellable. For all other times, the following applies: Cancellations made 15 days or more before 00:00 on the start date of the itinerary will incur no loss. Cancellations made between 15 days 00:00 and 7 days 00:00 before the start date of the itinerary will incur a 30% loss.
