Overview
This 4-hour Qatar desert safari starts with pick-up in Doha, if selected at booking, in a spacious, air-conditioned 4x4 vehicle driven by an experienced, licensed guide. The tour includes dune bashing across the desert sands and sandboarding down the dunes. Guests may choose to add a camel ride before the dune activities. The safari continues to the Inland Sea, where the desert meets the Saudi Arabian border. The trip features a scenic sunset photo stop to watch the sun set over the golden dunes. Local tea and water are provided throughout the tour. Drop-off in Doha is available at the end of the safari if selected. Children under 3 years old are not accepted, and children under 12 cannot ride camels or sandboard alone. Closed-toe shoes are recommended for sandboarding. International travel insurance is required, as some activities are not covered by the company’s insurance. Vehicles accommodate up to six people, and seat selection is not always available on shared tours.
