All visitors must bring their original ID card, passport, or other entry-exit documents such as Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permits for on-site verification. Lockers are available on the first floor (skiing), second floor (snow entertainment), and third floor (hotel entrance). The venue has ski trails of varying difficulty, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced slopes. Beginners who enter intermediate or advanced slopes are prone to sports injuries. Additionally, the venue has jump platforms and terrain park areas, and playing in these areas requires advanced skiing skills. Please choose your activities carefully based on your skiing ability, and make sure to stay within your skill level while playing to ensure sliding safety. 9. To maintain normal operational order, please do not engage in the following behaviors: (1) Playing beyond the scope of product rights (including areas, projects, etc.), conducting ski lessons, commercial filming, online live streaming, personal hawking, acquiring or purchasing goods/services for resale purposes, or improper use for other purposes without prior registration or permission from the ski resort; (2) Violating laws, regulations, or the ski resort's rules by allowing others to use your product rights through gifting, reselling, or lending; (3) Engaging in any dangerous, illegal, or offensive behavior; (4) Engaging in behavior that seriously affects the normal operational order of the ski resort or seriously endangers the personal and property safety of others; (5) Other inappropriate behaviors. In the event of the above situations, the ski resort has the right to take all or part of the following measures at any time without bearing liability for compensation or other breaches of contract: (1) Placing you on the tourist blacklist, including the Qianhai Ice and Snow World blacklist (you will not be able to enter Qianhai Ice and Snow World), brand blacklist (you will not be able to enter the brand and other cooperative ski resorts), and industry alliance blacklist; (2) Revoking, invalidating, or freezing your products and rights, and the remaining unused period/fees will not be extended, postponed, or refunded; (3) Charging a penalty of 30% of the order amount, and if the penalty is insufficient to cover the losses, further recovery will be pursued. 10. To create a good recreational environment, please do not smoke in the ski resort (including tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or other smoke-producing products).
