The rafting route goes through one of Pollino National Park’s 14 UNESCO geosites. Ranking as Europe’s sixth tallest canyon, it has rapids up to III+ on a V+ difficulty scale. The descent is conducted safely and features spring waterfalls, fossils, and rock walls as high as 300 meters along a 16 km course.
