Master the “yugiri” technique to perfectly drain noodles and assemble your bowl with your favorite toppings. Hosted by Musoshin Ramen—a Michelin-recommended brand—this experience offers a relaxed way to dive into authentic ramen culture. For those focused on flavor, our workshop in Gionmachi Minamigawa teaches you to build rich broth from scratch and craft personalized, engraved wooden chopsticks. Whether painting ceramics or simmering savory soup, you’ll enjoy a delicious bowl of ramen made with expert guidance.
