This guided Northern Lights tour departs from Reykjavik and lasts about three to five hours. The guide decides the best viewing location each night based on current weather and aurora forecasts, so there is no fixed route or destination. The tour uses a vehicle equipped with air conditioning and onboard WiFi. If the Northern Lights are not visible during the tour, guests may join a repeat tour at no extra cost until the lights are seen. Pickup and drop-off at the original pickup location or nearby are included. Food, drinks, and gratuities are not covered.

Before the tour begins, guides assess weather and aurora forecasts to select the location with the best chances of seeing the Northern Lights. The destination varies nightly depending on conditions. The guides have extensive experience running Northern Lights tours and aim to find optimal viewing spots each evening. If conditions allow, participants may see the Aurora Borealis displaying colors and patterns across the night sky. The tour does not visit fixed locations but travels to where sightings are most likely.
