Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed.

You can choose to depart at the following times: 08:00, 09:00. Make sure you take part at the time you selected at booking. Please pick up your rental skis and wear at the rental store "Rhythm Hirafu Niseko". You can get the rental items from 13:00 the day before the date printed on the voucher. Refunds will be given in the event of lift closures, flight cancellations or full-day flight delays due to extreme weather. You can pick up your rental items from 13:00 p.m. on the day before the date on your voucher. Please return your rental items by 10:00 a.m. on the day after the date on your voucher. We offer free waxing, so please ask a member of staff if you would like this service. You can exchange for a different model or from skis to a snowboard (or vice versa) free of charge, however please note that we cannot keep your previous gear, so we may not be able to provide you with the equipment you want when you exchange again. You can choose pick up location of your rental ski gear and wear at ”Rhythm HirafuShop” or ”Setsu Niseko Hotel”.
