Throughout the session, participants can ask questions about the recipes and techniques. The class includes a glass of wine or a soft drink, water, and freshly made Fettuccine served with a choice of sauce: Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, or Tomato and Basil. Participants also receive their own freshly made Tiramisu and can choose between a shot of Limoncello or hot coffee to accompany the meal. Making the sauce is not part of the class.
