Participants learn to make three Italian dishes starting with fresh pasta made from scratch. The pasta includes fettuccine and stuffed ravioli filled with ricotta and Parmigiano cheese. The ravioli are cooked and served with butter and sage. For the fettuccine, students choose one sauce to accompany their pasta: Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, or Tomato and Basil. The sauces are prepared in advance and not made during the class. After the pasta dishes, the class continues with the preparation of tiramisu, a classic Italian dessert. Extra drinks or food beyond what is included are not part of the offering. Vegetarian, nut-free, and alcohol-free options are available. Gluten-free pasta can be provided on request, but cross-contamination with wheat flour used during the class cannot be fully avoided.
