This three-hour cooking class takes place in the heart of Rome. Participants start by putting on aprons and using high-quality cooking tools provided on site. The main activity is making fresh pasta from scratch, including preparing the dough and shaping it under the guidance of professional chefs. After the pasta preparation, there is a gelato-making demonstration that explains how to create authentic Italian gelato. Once cooking is complete, everyone sits down together to eat the dishes prepared during the class. Adults receive unlimited wine, while children are offered soft drinks. There is an option to make pizza from scratch instead of pasta, available only if selected at booking. At the end of the session, participants receive a Graduation Certificate and a digital recipe booklet to take home. Vegetarian options are available if requested in advance. The class runs regardless of weather conditions. Children and teenagers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests with food allergies or intolerances should inform the operator before the class. This activity is not suitable for people with celiac disease. Pets are not allowed.

Pasta or Pizza Cooking Class with Gelato
Participants choose between making fresh pasta or Roman-style pizza in central Rome. The Pasta & Gelato option includes kneading and rolling pasta dough, shaping traditional pasta, preparing seasonal sauces, and tasting gelato or sorbet after the meal. The Pizza & Gelato option involves preparing pizza dough, adding toppings, baking the pizza, and a chef-led gelato demonstration or tasting. After the session, participants enjoy their dishes accompanied by unlimited wine for adults and soft drinks for children. The experience provides all necessary fresh ingredients, cooking tools, aprons, digital recipes, and a Graduation Certificate. Guests with vegetarian preferences may join if informed in advance, and any food allergies or dietary restrictions must be communicated before the class.
