Rome is known for its historic palazzos and traditional cuisine. This cooking class takes place inside a 17th-century palazzo in central Rome. Over about two and a half hours, participants prepare fresh pasta and tiramisù under the guidance of an instructor. The session starts with a glass of Prosecco and Italian appetizers. Attendees learn how to make classic Roman pasta sauces and authentic tiramisù, including the history and techniques behind the dessert.
