A local expert chef leads the session, guiding attendees step-by-step through preparing the pasta dough, making the sauce, and mixing the spritz cocktails. Participants prepare and then eat everything they make during the class. Recipes for both the pasta and cocktails are provided to take home. Unlimited water and soft drinks are included throughout the session. The meeting point may vary slightly but is always within a five-minute walk. This hands-on workshop combines cooking and cocktail mixing in one session, making it the only tipsy cooking class in the city. The class does not offer gluten-free, vegan, or dairy-free options. Infants are not suitable for this experience unless held on an adult’s lap, as no separate seating or workspace is available.
Cooking-Class Introduction
The session begins with an Aperol spritz while participants meet each other and the local chef. Next, the class moves on to making fresh pasta using local ingredients, preparing either carbonara or cacio e pepe. During the cooking, a Hugo spritz is served. The meal concludes with everyone enjoying their food alongside the chef and a Limoncello spritz.
