Overview

Rusutsu Resort is located southeast of Mt. Yotei. It is located in a perfect location, avoiding the harsh monsoon winds from the northwest, yet receiving plenty of wind-borne dry powder. Moreover, due to its proximity to the Pacific Ocean, the chance of sunny skies in winter is also high. Powder and sunny skies called "THE DAY" are not uncommon here. Enjoy the lightest snow you've ever experienced under the sunny skies of the Pacific Ocean! Each mountain has its own unique topography, which expands the variety of play options. Hokkaido's largest all-season resort is full of fun to ski! West Mt., East Mt., and Mt. Isola. The fact that there are three peaks within the resort is what makes Rusutsu so fun! There are 4 gondolas and 14 lifts, and 37 courses are laid out, ranging from wide gentle slopes that anyone can ski safely to aggressive barns that will satisfy advanced skiers. You can enjoy authentic winter sports in a dynamic and comfortable resort with outstanding hospitality.
