This full-day tour lasts about 11 hours and begins with a mini bus ride through small villages on the Samaná Peninsula. Participants then take a boat across Samaná Bay to the fishing village of Las Cañitas. From there, a local truck transports the group to Silo Ranch, where a guide introduces agricultural products such as coffee, cocoa, fruits, and tropical plants, including tastings. Next, the tour continues with a guided horseback ride through the Arroyo Chico tropical forest, ending at Limon Waterfall, a freshwater cascade nearly 60 meters high. Visitors can swim in the lagoon at the waterfall’s base. Lunch is served afterward at a restaurant with panoramic views. In the afternoon, the group boards a boat to Cayo Levantado island, sailing through Samaná Bay. On the island, guests can swim, relax on white sand beaches, or explore the area. From January through March, the itinerary is extended to include whale watching in Samaná Bay.
