Sapa to Muong Hoa Valley trek
At 9am, the guide collects guests from their hotel in Sapa. The trek begins in Sapa town and descends into Muong Hoa valley, the largest valley in the area, featuring rice fields during the rice season, forest, and villages. The guide leads to local villages including Ý Linh Hồ, Lao Chai, and Tả Van, providing information about the local culture, people, and lifestyle. Around 1pm, there is a break for lunch in Tả Van village. After lunch, the trek continues around Tả Van village. At 4:30pm, a vehicle arrives to return guests to their hotel or the Sapa bus station.
