Participants receive a K2 EMF meter and instructions on how to use it to detect paranormal activity during the tour. Licensed city guides Patrick or Gene lead the group through the Historic District, visiting at least seven haunted sites including Colonial Park Cemetery, Lafayette Square, Chippewa Square, Wright Square, and Oglethorpe Square. At each location, the guides provide live narration about the history and ghost stories associated with the site. The tour covers historic homes, squares, cemeteries, and battlefields without theatrical effects, recorded stories, or music. Groups are limited to 16 participants to maintain a small and personal experience. The walk lasts about 90 minutes without breaks and is conducted weather permitting. Alcoholic beverages and animals are not allowed on the tour. Participants must be at least 16 years old. There are no public restrooms along the route, so planning ahead is advised.
