Overview

This three-hour afternoon sailing tour departs from the docks in Squamish, located about 40 minutes north of Vancouver along the Sea to Sky Highway. The tour takes place on a 40-foot sailboat on Howe Sound, Canada’s southernmost fjord. After leaving the dock, the boat sails under the Stawamus Chief granite monolith and passes Shannon Falls. Participants have the opportunity to assist with sailing tasks such as steering and adjusting the sails, regardless of prior experience. The route explores the northern part of Howe Sound, offering views of the sea and the Coastal and Tantalus mountain ranges. There are several stops suitable for taking photographs.
