Overview

This three-hour day trip begins with a drive in a shaded, open-air 4x4 tour truck from Page, Arizona. The tour includes a six-mile off-road ride through sandy washes and rolling hills to reach Secret Antelope Canyon, a quieter part of the Lake Powell Antelope Canyon system. Guests walk about 300 meters to enter the slot canyon, where they have up to an hour to explore and take photos. After returning to the vehicle, the trip continues to a private Navajo viewpoint at Horseshoe Bend. This overlook is reached via a dirt road that avoids the busy public parking area, with less than a 100-meter walk to the rim. Visitors can walk along the edge above the 1,000-foot drop to see the Colorado River curving around the rock formation. The stop lasts about an hour, providing ample time for photography. The tour concludes with a return to the operator’s office in Page near Antelope Canyon. The small group size is limited to 12 people or fewer. Admission to both Secret Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend is included, along with transportation in the 4x4 truck. The tour offers 360-degree views of the surrounding Southwest landscape during the off-road segments.
