Customers can self-service and cancel orders without loss 4 days before departure, before 14:00. If a customer cancels between 14:01 on the 4th day before departure and 23:59 on the 2nd day before departure, a cancellation fee of 100 yuan per person will be charged. If the customer cancels between 00:00 and 20:00 one day before departure, a cancellation fee of 200 yuan per person will be charged. Cancellations are not allowed after 20:01 one day before departure. If we are unable to contact you the day before your trip, the order will be automatically canceled and a penalty of 150 yuan per person will be deducted.

Please select a travel date On the 20th of each month, the Yulong Snow Mountain Scenic Area Glacier Grand ropeway will be closed for maintenance. Please check if your travel date conflicts with the ropeway maintenance day at Glacier Park, and place your order after confirming the date. Thank you.
[About Admission] To purchase tickets and travel liability insurance for the scenic area, you need to provide relevant personal information (including name, gender, passport number, date of birth, and nationality information). Please be sure to fill in the correct personal information when placing an order, and the staff will book tickets based on the personal information you left on the platform. All scenic spots require original ID cards or passports/Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permits for admission. On the day of the trip, please be sure to bring your ID card/passport/Hong Kong and Macao travel permit and other identification documents. There are very few halal foods in the scenic area, so please prepare sufficient halal food yourself. [Exemption Policy] Infants under 2 years old are free of charge. Children between 2 and 12 years old and under 1.2m in height are charged at child ticket prices. Children over 1.2m in height are charged at adult prices. Warm Reminder 1. Due to the high altitude of Yulong Snow Mountain, it is not recommended for children under 3 years old and guests over 70 years old to join the tour group. If guests beyond this age range insist on joining the group, or if any consequences arise from their own health conditions that are beyond our controllable factors, the guests themselves shall bear the responsibility. 2. The Yulong Snow Mountain Glacier Park ropeway is at a high altitude and will be shut down for maintenance around the 20th of each month. It will also be shut down in strong winds.
