This is a 2-day, 1-night hiking tour of the Senaru Crater Rim in Gunung Rinjani National Park, Lombok. The trek covers about 48 hours and is suited for most fitness levels. On the first day, the route passes through rainforest and along ridges, including a steep climb of 2,000 meters in elevation. The main highlight is reaching the crater rim, where participants can see wide views of the surrounding area. The trek is guided by an experienced English-speaking guide and supported by porters who carry cooking gear and camping equipment. Camping equipment provided includes a tent, toilet tent with paper, sleeping bags, mattress, and pillow. Food and drinking water are supplied during the trek, with about 3 liters of mineral water per person per day. Luggage storage is available at the Lombok Volcano Trekking office. The cost of permits or tickets for Gunung Rinjani National Park is not included and must be paid separately after booking. Transportation to and from the trek, accommodation before the trek, and personal hiking gear such as trekking shoes, rain jackets, long pants, gloves, and headlamps are not included.
