Participants must arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the scheduled start to be fitted with bikes and helmets and receive safety instructions. The riding portion lasts as advertised, but allow 30 minutes before and after for preparation and equipment return. Those arriving later than 15 minutes after start time will not be allowed to ride.
