Seats cannot be selected and will be assigned in the order of purchase. Notice Please arrive at the Eland ticket booth at least 15 minutes prior, present your voucher, and fill out the boarding form. Cruise departure times may change or be canceled due to vessel circumstances or weather conditions. In such cases, our Customer Service team will notify you by email. All passengers must complete a boarding form and show identification at the ticket booth to receive a paper ticket. (Mobile tickets are not accepted due to ID verification.) The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show, a famous Seoul night view attraction, operates only from April to October. It may not operate depending on weather conditions or Seoul city decisions. Except for previously announced holidays, cruises operate normally even in rain or snow. Cruises will be suspended when a notice is issued by the Han River Operations Headquarters (e.g., extreme rainfall, severe cold warnings, Paldang Dam releases exceeding 3,000 tons per second). You will be notified separately once the suspension is confirmed.

If your reservation cannot be made at a desired date and time, CS Team will contact you via email or messenger. All passengers must fill out a boarding report and present an ID card at the Eland Cruise Ticket Office first, and then redeem a physical ticket. (Please note that a mobile ticket is not allowed due to checking your identification.) Banpo Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show is operated only from April to October. It may not operate depending on weather conditions or decisions made by the Seoul city authorities. Electric wheelchairs and electric strollers are not allowed. (Folding ones can be folded and boarded.) On weekends and during the April Spring Flower Festival, the surrounding roads and parking lots are very congested and parking takes a lot of time, so please use public transportation. (If you are unable to board on the day due to parking and traffic difficulties, you cannot cancel or change your reservation.) Please check your reservation date and option carefully, and be sure to read the detailed notes on usage. (Access to Yeouido Pier / Information on ID / Usage Guidelines and Cancellation Policy) Except for the announced holidays, the cruise will operate normally even in the case of rain or snow. If a notice is issued by the Hangang River Business Headquarters (such as extremely heavy rain, cold wave warnings, or water discharge of over 3,000 tons per second from the Paldang Dam), the cruise operation will be suspended.
