Please go to the E-land Ticket Office and fill out the boarding report first, and redeem a physical ticket after checking your Id Card (Mobile ticket is not allowed due to checking your identification). Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show is operated only from April to October. It can be canceled due to bad weather or Seoul City conditions without prior notice. Electric wheelchairs, strollers are not allowed (folding ones can be folded and boarded) On weekends and during the April Spring Flower Festival, the surrounding roads and parking lots are very congested and parking takes a lot of time, so please use public transportation. (If you are unable to board on the day due to parking and traffic difficulties, you cannot cancel or change your reservation).
