Overview

This one-hour guided tour takes place in Seville, Spain, at the Seville Cathedral, also known as Catedral de Sevilla. The cathedral was built in the 15th century on the site of a 12th-century mosque. Visitors will see elements from the earlier structure, including the Orange Trees courtyard and the Giralda Tower, which was originally a minaret. A professional guide leads the group through the main chapels, presenting the cathedral’s large collection of art. Highlights include the golden altarpiece and the burial site of Christopher Columbus. After the guided portion, visitors may climb the Giralda Bell Tower independently. From the top of the tower, there are panoramic views of Seville. The tour is available in English, French, or Spanish and includes headsets for groups larger than eight.
