Ticket: How to redeem - Please present your voucher to redeem physical tickets. - When exchanging tickets, all participants must agree to the "Facility Use Agreement" and register their personal information. Submitting this agreement is considered as having obtained the consent of all participants. Please complete it in advance and submit it to the ticket counter at the Welcome Hut on the day of the event; or fill it out at the Welcome Hut on-site. - Japanese Version Facility Use Agreement - Facility Use Consent Form - Electronic tickets for on-site exchange must be processed at the ticket counter of the Welcome Cabin.
