Ticket: How to redeem - Present your mobile voucher - Enter the venue directly with your voucher - Redeemed ticket(s) are non-transferable - Please click the link in the voucher sent after the purchase to open the website page, press the "Use" button, and present the screen to the staff - Please make sure that your smartphone connects to the internet as you will need to launch the website from your smartphone - Please note that screenshots or printed-out tickets will not be acceptable - For security purposes, you may be required to authenticate using a One-Time Password (OTP). If this occurs, please follow the steps below: - 1. Enter the email address where you wish to receive the OTP and press the send button. 2. Check the email you provided for the OTP.
